The Woodbine Live!
This project will be completed in two phases.
Phase I of Canada's newest urban lifestyle centre will offer an estimated 1.5-million square feet of retail, restaurant, clubs and entertainment venues. It will include a 450 room hotel and meeting facilities and pool oasis area, a 5,000 seat live entertainment venue, a multi-screen theatre complex, a mix of high quality restaurants, clubs, retail and offices. A 400 metre canal, which will be a water feature in the summer months and a skating path in the winter, serves as the main spine to the varied themed blocks to create a unique urban entertainment setting.
Phase II will be a residential district with approximately 2,5000 units in the northwest portion of the Woodbine Live! site and a Midtown/Office Neighbourhood.

The two companies each bring to the project over 100 years of business experience. Woodbine Live! is the first Canadian project for The Cordish Company.

The development will encompass approximately 200 acres of under-utilized lands on the existing 680 acres Woodbine Racetrack property. The total cost of this project is anticipated to be $1-billion and will create a new community for people to live, work and play.
